His background includes executive roles at ServicePower and ServiceMax, where he led global digital transformation programs and multimillion-dollar initiatives across the U.S. and Europe. A founding Fellow of the Institute of IT Training and former Visiting Fellow at Cranfield University, Mark brings deep insight into the practical application of AI in complex industrial environments.
