Microsoft Partner

Our partnership with Microsoft puts industrial expertise inside the tools service teams already have open. InSkill offers a packaged integration with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and a native Microsoft Teams app. This enables your InSkill copilot to answer questions, walk a technician through a procedure, resolve serial-level part lookups, all without anyone opening another application or learning another interface. That matters more than it sounds: adoption is the hardest part of any industrial AI program, and expertise that lives where the conversation already happens gets used.

This eases deployment for enterprises that are standardized on Microsoft. InSkill becomes a governed capability inside a stack IT has already secured and approved.

InSkill is available as a transactable offer on the Microsoft Azure Marketplace and is MACC-eligible, so purchases draw down against an organization’s existing Microsoft Azure Consumption Commitment. For enterprises with committed Azure spend, that turns a new-vendor procurement cycle into a line item on an agreement they have already signed.

Salesforce Partner

Salesforce is where many OEMs run support, field service, and the aftermarket, so that is where InSkill answers. Our packaged Salesforce integration brings the copilot into the case and field-service workflows themselves. This enables agents triaging inbound cases or a technicians preparing for a site visit.

Because every guided step is recorded, escalations arrive structured rather than raw, and second-line engineers see the full history instead of retracing work. Across the platform, customers using this pattern have cut support escalations by as much as 50% while improving first-time fix rates.

This deep integration allows organizations to keep the systems of record stay exactly where they are and avoids needing to train teams on a new solution. InSkill supplies the expertise layer on top of what they are already using.

Open Copilot Association

InSkill helped form the Open Copilot Association (OCA) and serves as a technology partner across its working groups. The OCA is defining what an industrial AI copilot actually is and how one should be built, secured, and verified. It has a wide range of members including existing international standards organizations, OEMs, and service organizations.

The OCA’s three founding groups cover baseline guidelines, technical requirements for interoperability between copilots from different vendors, and a verification process behind an “OCA Certified” mark.

We invest in this work because fragmentation is the real threat to industrial AI: no plant should have to vet hundreds of proprietary copilots, each with its own security model and its own learning curve, before it can trust any of them. A common standard serves exactly the future InSkill is building toward: one where a factory is subscribing to expertise from many equipment manufacturers at once. Open standards make that ecosystem possible.
